The Art Of Corruption
In order to highlight World Day Against Child Labour the revolutionaries over at Ctrl.Alt.Shift. magazine in partnership with YLIA (Young Leaders Integrity Alliance) continue to bring us their own take on edutainment by throwing a party at Oxford’s Kukui night club.
As with any party or club night the priority for all involved is that a fun time is had by all who attend the night will be a platform for some of Oxford’s up & coming talent. There will be musical performances by Jada Pearl and Deviouz live artwork by Alice Saunders with performance poetry shipped in from the capital from Dean Atta and James Massiah.
The event will be headlined by Chima Anya and Mr Shaodow…
Spinning on the night will be myself will be myself repping Hip Hop and Wordplay and representing HQ:D&B veteran Azonica.
We hope to raise awareness of the many injustices that Ctrl.Alt.Shift. has been battling since it’s conception in 2008 all by “Breaking with convention to bring about change”
All monies from this event will be divided between Ctrl.Alt.Shift. and YLIA
Entry price is only £4 with a voucher from www.ctrlaltshift.co.uk/kukui or a student card or £6 without.
And to sweeten the deal even more we’ll be screening the England Vs USA game and there will be a barbecue.
